alpenite will partecipate as one of the main research partner at its second workshop “Data Driven Marketing: from the insight to the execution” on October 3, 2017 at DIG Polytechnic University of Milan. The Omnichannel Customer Experience Observatory has been established in 2017 to support companies understanding the impacts of a customer-centric approach, starting from the relationship processes.
