On Tuesday 21 November 2017, from 9.30 am to 13 pm, the Omnichannel Customer Experience Observatory will present the results of the first italian research concerning omnichannel and data-driven marketing strategies.
The conference, with the title ‘Omnichannel customer experience: tra il dire e il fare’, will take place at Aula Magna Carassa Dadda, via Lambruschini no 4, Campus Bovisa in Milan.
