For our software company based at the VEGA – Venice Science and Technology Park, we are looking for an administrative employee that will work in our business administration unit.
- accounts payable management for different companies: customer orders, billing plans, and receipt checks. Direct relationship with purchasing office and customer administration;
- accounts receivable management for different companies: supplier orders, order acceptance, supplier billing management (checking, book entry and storage), supplier cash management. Direct relationship with the suppliers;
- administrative human resource management for different companies: attendances, business trips, training plans, allocation management. Direct relationship with the employee;
- accounting knowledge;
- knowledge of the personal productivity IT tools (Microsoft Office and Excel);
- accuracy and precision skills, comprehension of capabilities, priorities and constraints;
- good communication skills.
- previous working experience in accounting firms;
- previous working experience in services firms;
- english language knowledge.
