Business developer and account manager in London, UK
We are looking for a business developer for the UK market and account manager for our existing customers in London.
- English native speaker
- Knowledge of the e-commerce and digital industry, the local market, its ecosystem and the relevant events
- Knowledge of system integration principles
- Available to travel to customer locations outside the UK
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Lead generation expertise: attending the main events for the industry, identifying new sales leads, planning and executing new marketing initiatives
- Customer acquisition expertise: pitching products and services, generating new business with existing customers, maintaining the opportunities pipeline
- Italian language knowledge is considered a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce solutions (Demandware, Magento, Hybris)
- Knowledge of digital experience solutions (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud)
- Knowledge of customer relationship management solutions (Salesforce, SAP CRM)
- This position is available only to candidates with previous similar working experience.
