Alpenite is looking for a business developer that will join its sales team. The candidate will oversee business development through new customer research as well as maintaining relationships with exisiting ones.
Main tasks will be:
- lead generation;
- management of the development assigned and generated pipeline until the generation of new contracts with the customers;
- accounting actions with existing customers.
Main requested skills:
- strong listening skills to understand the client’s needs and requirements ;
- placing skills of technology driven solution and projects in sales and marketing contests;
- knowledge of main market solutions in sales and marketing contests;
- soft skills: empathy, trust, ability to focus, timing, problem solving capabilities in complex contests, self-organization, economic sense;
- know-how and knowledge of the main individual productivity instruments;
- fluent English conversation;
- willingness to move throughout the entire European territory.
- technical and economical background;
- previous similar working experience for services or technology solutions companies or vendors;
- knowledge of the information technology and digital transformation industries.
