KASK, an established Italian sports helmet manufacturer, has launched a significant digital transformation initiative, aiming to evolve from a traditional online presence towards a fully digital business model. This strategic move reflects the company’s ambition to proactively position itself in a market characterised by rapid change, constant innovation and a keen focus on customer satisfaction.

The centrepiece of this transformation was the launch of the new e-commerce site, which gave consumers direct access to KASK products, enhancing customer-brand interaction and offering a digital experience that enhances the brand’s distinctive identity.
Alpenite’s expertise played a crucial role, facilitating the transition to the direct to consumer strategy and steering the brand towards new market opportunities. Thanks to this synergy, KASK has been able to directly expand its offer to the public, ranging from cycling helmets to skiing and riding helmets, and meeting the challenges posed by a highly diversified production range.

The strategic partnership between KASK and Alpenite was launched through a highly detailed advisory process aimed at exploring KASK’s expansion potential and prospects.
This initial phase made it possible to identify a series of key objectives, including:
- accelerating the digital transition to optimise consumer engagement;
- incorporating advanced technology solutions for more efficient and scalable operations;
- enhancing brand visibility on digital channels, improving its competitive positioning.
Based on these objectives, KASK and Alpenite worked together to develop cutting-edge strategies, reconfiguring the company’s business model to make it more resilient and adaptable to market dynamics. Priority was given to identifying strategic partners within the business ecosystem, selecting collaborations that could boost KASK’s operational and commercial capabilities.
This synergy facilitated the effective implementation of the outlined strategies, equipping KASK with tools to constantly monitor results and tactically adjust operations according to long-term objectives. In so doing, KASK has been able to secure a path to a future characterised by sustainable growth, strengthening its position in the industry and consolidating its reputation as an innovative leader in the sports helmet sector.
It has adopted Salesforce Commerce Cloud for the commerce component, Salesforce Service Cloud as the B2C CRM, Mulesoft as the integration layer and Akeneo for Product Information Management (PIM), which together represent the application stack on which the project’s foundations were laid.
In addition, the collaboration with Vulcano Agency led to a significant overhaul of the user experience and graphic interface of the KASK website, optimising the interaction with end users and improving content accessibility. This intervention aimed to create an intuitive and engaging digital environment that adequately reflected the brand image and facilitated the consumer’s purchasing journey.
At the same time, Reelevate played a crucial role in the development and implementation of a tailor-made digital positioning strategy designed to maximise brand visibility in a highly competitive environment, effectively attracting and engaging the target audience and increasing user conversion and retention.
This combination of skills has helped consolidate KASK’s digital presence, strengthening its market position and emphasising the importance of a holistic approach to digitisation, which incorporates advanced technologies and digital marketing strategies to ensure optimal results and a lasting competitive advantage.
