needs
Nice recognized the importance of an integrated and efficient digital presence to improve sales support and optimize the presentation of its diverse product range for both partners and customers. The project also addresses the need for greater transparency in terms of merchandise availability and order status.
The main challenge was to integrate Nice’s extensive product catalog into a newly developed e-Commerce architecture, ensuring that every item was easily accessible and well presented. This required a complete redesign of the eCommerce platform, both for the B2B and B2C segments. A holistic approach was adopted, carefully considering the unique requirements and behaviors of each target audience.

Solutions
In the implementation phase, Nice leveraged the deep expertise of Alpenite as a strategic partner, providing crucial consulting and technical support for the implementation of the new Intershop eCommerce platform. This collaboration was further enhanced by the synergy with Vulcano Agency, part of the Gruppo Arsenalia, which adapted an attractive and functional user interface, significantly enhancing the user experience.
The new portal stands out for its intuitive navigation. For experienced users, a search bar enables quick and efficient access to the vast product catalog, while less experienced customers benefit from a guided view of the product range, complete with advanced filter options. The platform also simplifies the search for information and the download of product support materials.
The portal offers flexible ordering options, allowing users to place orders by selecting individual items, importing data from Excel, or converting predefined order templates. Cross-selling opportunities are seamlessly integrated, with a combined display of related items.
In support of lead generation, the site includes a showcase mode, enabling Nice to capture expressions of interest from potential new partners.
