The need expressed by this lifestyle brand was to reach online and retail end customers all over the world, making the best possible use of e-commerce and digital channels.
The possibility to create a new image and to work with Paul&Shark to renew their digital communication offered an excellent opportunity to create an effective storytelling approach and a sales strategy that could be applied across all channels, with an e-commerce able to effectively reflect the brand’s vision and values.

Goals and
needs
We worked together with Paul&Shark on three pillars of the digital strategy: producing experiential content able to boost brand visibility, stimulating customer advocacy and maximising sales performance. To achieve these objectives, we used Adobe Commerce Cloud and implemented a platform able to manage the brand’s digital experience in end-to-end mode, guaranteeing maximum levels of personalisation and optimisation of the engagement experience, purchasing and synergy with the other channels.
The project was created with a very challenging timescale, thanks to the planning in three implementation stages and a region-based focus, covering Europe, the USA, Canada, Russia, and the rest of the world, achieving the aim of serving 180 countries, with high levels of localisation, within a year of launch.
