The project was focused on renewing the multi-brand e-commerce system, paying particular attention to improving the customer journey and conversion rate.
Omnichannel integration and multiple product search and product consultation modes ensure customers can enjoy the same customised, quality service online as they can in-store.
The analysis of the customer journey through the channels of the six brands highlighted the need to boost the customer care tools within the web pages. For example, store locator tools were added as well as the contact function “book an appointment”. The websites enable the native integration of all the omnichannel functions, making them a useful tool not only for e-Commerce sales, but also for Retail sales.
All this was possible thanks to the implementation of Adobe Commerce Cloud. By adopting a white-label approach, which enables the construction of a scalable asset for all the Damiani Group companies, all six e-commerce websites can be managed effectively and efficiently.

Vulcano Agency for the design of the six websites and by Altitudo for the integration of the corporate processes, it was possible to strike an optimal balance between standardising and adapting solutions, allowing the Group to compete on the global market.
