The project’s mission: to shorten the distance between the company and its customers, and to develop the online direct sales channel, guaranteeing a brand experience that is as effective and memorable as possible. To this end, the digital experience has been redesigned, boosting the value of the offer and simplifying the choice of the products best suited to the customer and their particular sports activity; a platform has been identified that is consistent with the context and able to support growth in the long term, and the architecture to integrate it with the company’s systems has been redesigned, in response to the rapid pace of technological change imposed by the market.
The choice of Adobe Commerce Cloud has made it possible to boost the flexibility of La Sportiva’s sales processes, to improve the performance of digital marketing actions by improving purchasing and brand discovery pathways, and to streamline the way the team runs the channel.
